Re Test at different MOT Station

My car failed the test on three things. If I fix these things, and take it to another, different MOT centre, within the 10 working days limit, will it only be tested on those failures I.E just a partial test as opposed to a full MOT. I understand the full fee will apply

HibrBoth of my cars axles are making noise when turned also one of the reflector is broken but still there. Any chances of passing the mot.

Hi, I have recently bought a vintage Vespa, 1962 in fact. However, it has no speedometer, brake light or reflector fitted. It has previously been legitimately MOTd by the previous owner but this has run out. Can you advise please whether this would result in a fail if I took for an MOT now
