| If I could rate even lower, i would. Attitude towards the customer is non existent. the old person working there should learn how to treat his customers. It is unacceptable to yell and use words such as ’fucking’ and i will not mention the attitude.
They are only interested in taking your money( be really careful with the invoice, they have a habit to put the VAT twice). dear owner of this garage, if you want to have more customers, please organize some CUSTOMER SERVICE training for the 2 employees who were there on 24.07.2015.
Personally, i would recommend to wait for a few days and get an appointment to any other MOT service centre, rather than go to Sutherland & Son and be treated with disrespect and in a horrible manner, - KAtie
